Responsibility
- Oversee and manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting.
- Lead costing analysis to ensure accurate pricing, budgeting, and financial forecasting for manufacturing processes.
- Monitor cash flow, reconcile bank statements, and optimize liquidity to support business operations.
- Supervise invoicing processes, ensuring timely and accurate billing for clients and vendors.
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with local and international standards.
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with business objectives and sustainability goals.
- Conduct financial audits and identify opportunities for process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Proven expertise in cost accounting, financial reporting, and cash management within manufacturing or a related industry.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Xero) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities to manage and mentor accounting teams.
- Knowledge of sustainability reporting and ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) principles is advantageous.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to changing business needs in a fast-paced environment.
