Responsibility
- Conduct financial statement audits in accordance with international standards (IFRS, GAAP).
- Assess internal controls and identify risks for clients across industries.
- Prepare audit reports and present findings to senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Leverage data analytics tools to enhance audit efficiency and insights.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes and industry trends.
- Support junior team members through mentorship and training.
- Participate in client meetings and build long-term professional relationships.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Professional certification (ACCA, CPA, or equivalent) is a plus.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in audit/assurance (Big 4 experience preferred).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in audit software (e.g., ACL, CaseWare, IDEA).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote/hybrid setting.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia) are advantageous.
