Responsibility
- Conduct financial statement audits in compliance with local and international standards (e.g., IFRS, ISA).
- Prepare and review audit documentation, ensuring accuracy and adherence to firm methodologies.
- Identify risks, control weaknesses, and provide value-added recommendations to clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver timely and high-quality audit reports.
- Utilize audit software and data analytics tools to enhance efficiency and insights.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through professional communication and service excellence.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry trends affecting audit practices.
- Mentor junior team members (for Senior Associate role) and contribute to team development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum 2 years of audit experience in a public accounting firm (for Associate); 4+ years for Senior Associate.
- Strong knowledge of auditing standards (ISA, GAAP) and financial reporting frameworks.
- Proficiency in audit software (e.g., CaseWare, IDEA) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team under tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills (e.g., Indonesian) are advantageous.
- Demonstrated commitment to ethical standards and professional integrity.
