Responsibility
- Assist in planning and executing financial statement audits in accordance with International Standards on Auditing (ISA) and local regulations.
- Prepare and review audit work papers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with firm and regulatory standards.
- Conduct risk assessments and internal control evaluations for assigned clients.
- Collaborate with senior auditors to identify financial discrepancies, inefficiencies, or areas for improvement.
- Liaise with clients to gather necessary documentation and clarify financial data.
- Support the preparation of audit reports, management letters, and presentations for stakeholders.
- Stay updated on changes in accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, PSAK) and industry trends.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- 0–2 years of experience in audit, accounting, or financial analysis (internships count).
- Strong understanding of GAAP, IFRS, or Indonesian PSAK (preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and audit software (e.g., CaseWare, IDEA).
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or Brevet A/B are advantageous.
