Responsibility
- Plan, execute, and finalize audit engagements in accordance with international accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP).
- Review and analyze financial statements, records, and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Identify financial risks, discrepancies, and areas for improvement, providing actionable recommendations to clients.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather audit evidence and resolve audit findings.
- Prepare clear and concise audit reports, summarizing findings and presenting them to stakeholders.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes, audit methodologies, and industry best practices.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Ensure timely completion of audit assignments while maintaining high standards of quality and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent certification is a plus).
- 2+ years of experience in audit, financial reporting, or a related role (Audit Senior candidates should have 3+ years of experience).
- Strong understanding of international accounting standards (IFRS, GAAP) and audit procedures.
- Proficiency in audit software (e.g., CaseWare, ACL, IDEA) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin, etc.) are advantageous.
