Responsibility
- Assist in conducting financial audits, including reviewing accounting records, transactions, and internal controls.
- Prepare audit documentation, reports, and findings for senior auditors and management review.
- Verify the accuracy of financial statements and ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies.
- Identify discrepancies, irregularities, or risks in financial data and propose corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather audit evidence and support process improvements.
- Maintain organized audit files and ensure confidentiality of sensitive financial information.
- Assist in the preparation of tax-related documents and support external audit engagements.
- Stay updated on changes in accounting standards, regulations, and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of auditing principles, financial reporting, and accounting standards (e.g., GAAP, IFRS).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- High ethical standards and commitment to confidentiality and integrity.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia (if not already based there).
