Responsibility
- Assist in conducting internal audits to evaluate financial controls, operational processes, and compliance with policies.
- Prepare and review audit documentation, including working papers, findings, and recommendations.
- Support the identification of risk areas and propose mitigation strategies to enhance internal controls.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial data for accuracy and completeness.
- Assist in drafting audit reports and presenting findings to management.
- Monitor compliance with local and international accounting standards (e.g., GAAP, IFRS).
- Participate in fraud detection and prevention initiatives through data analysis and process reviews.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices in auditing and accounting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Internal Auditing, Accounting Information Systems, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply – no prior experience required.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial statements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and audit software is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
