Responsibility
- Execute end-to-end T&E processing, including expense report reviews, approvals, and reimbursements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with Finance and Accounting teams to identify inefficiencies in T&E processes and propose data-driven improvements.
- Monitor and analyze T&E spending trends, providing insights and recommendations to reduce costs and enhance budget control.
- Ensure compliance with global T&E policies, tax regulations, and internal controls, mitigating financial risks.
- Leverage T&E software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Concur) to automate workflows, improve reporting, and enhance user experience.
- Train and support employees on T&E policies, tools, and best practices to foster a culture of compliance and efficiency.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc reports on T&E metrics for senior management, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Partner with HR, Procurement, and IT teams to integrate T&E processes with broader financial systems and initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in T&E processing, expense management, or financial analysis, preferably in a multinational company.
- Proficiency in T&E software (e.g., SAP Concur, Expensify) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in financial reporting.
- Familiarity with global tax regulations, compliance requirements, and internal controls.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
