Responsibility
- Deliver exceptional guest service by welcoming, assisting, and engaging with visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Operate and monitor indoor attractions, ensuring smooth functionality and adherence to safety protocols.
- Provide informative and engaging commentary about attractions, exhibits, and conservation efforts.
- Assist in the setup, maintenance, and cleanup of attraction areas to ensure a pristine and safe environment.
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve concerns, and escalate issues as necessary to ensure a positive experience.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate attraction schedules, crowd control, and special events.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on attraction features, safety procedures, and service standards.
- Uphold the values and mission of Mandai Wildlife Group by promoting conservation awareness and sustainable practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in hospitality or tourism is a plus.
- Proven experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field, preferably in attractions or entertainment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and peak seasons.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and assist with attraction operations as needed.
