Responsibility
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other designers to define user requirements and translate them into intuitive UX designs.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using industry-standard tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions and iterate on solutions.
- Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI components to ensure consistency across products.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles and best practices within the team and stakeholders.
- Stay updated with emerging UX trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design processes.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine deliverables.
- Work in an Agile/Scrum environment, contributing to sprint planning and backlog refinement.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in UX Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 1-3 years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design projects.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, accessibility standards (WCAG), and responsive design.
- Experience with user research methods (e.g., interviews, surveys, usability testing) and data-driven design.
- Familiarity with front-end development basics (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a remote, global team.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for creating impactful, human-centered designs.
