As a key member of our product team, you will lead and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and quality assurance (QA) initiatives, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to validate product reliability, functionality, and readiness before launch. Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for SPX Express features, ensuring alignment with business requirements and user expectations.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and QA teams to define test cases, scenarios, and acceptance criteria.
- Identify, document, and track bugs and defects, working with engineering teams to prioritize and resolve issues efficiently.
- Conduct data-driven analysis to assess product performance, user feedback, and operational metrics, providing actionable insights for improvement.
- Develop and maintain test documentation, including test plans, reports, and post-release evaluations.
- Monitor product readiness for deployment, ensuring all quality benchmarks and compliance standards are met.
- Facilitate stakeholder communication between technical and non-technical teams to align on project goals and timelines.
- Contribute to process optimization by recommending best practices for testing, automation, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or QA testing, preferably in e-commerce or logistics.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Proven ability to design and execute test cases, with experience in UAT coordination and defect management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau).
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge gaps between technical and business teams.
- Detail-oriented with a user-centric mindset, passionate about delivering high-quality products.
- Familiarity with logistics, supply chain, or last-mile delivery systems is highly advantageous.
