Responsibility
- Lead pre-sales technical discussions with enterprise clients to understand business requirements and propose tailored data center and cloud solutions.
- Design and architect scalable, secure, and high-performance infrastructure solutions leveraging cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) and on-premises technologies.
- Develop proof-of-concept (PoC) demonstrations and technical proposals to showcase the value of proposed solutions.
- Collaborate with sales teams to create compelling presentations, RFP responses, and technical documentation.
- Provide expert guidance on AI/ML infrastructure, hybrid cloud strategies, and data center modernization.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in cloud computing, AI, and data center technologies to position HRnetGroup as a thought leader.
- Conduct technical workshops and training sessions for clients and internal teams.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring seamless transition from solution design to implementation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., AWS/Azure Solutions Architect, Cisco CCNP, VMware VCDX) are a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in solution architecture, pre-sales, or consulting, with a focus on data center and cloud technologies.
- Proven expertise in designing and deploying cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid infrastructure solutions.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML infrastructure requirements, including GPU acceleration, high-performance storage, and networking.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with infrastructure automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, Kubernetes) and scripting languages (Python, Bash).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment with a solutions-driven mindset.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.
