Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of a core banking system, ensuring alignment with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and technical specifications.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive project plan, including timelines, budgets, risk management, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (IT, operations, compliance, finance) and external vendors to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
- Oversee system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and quality assurance to guarantee a flawless go-live.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues proactively to minimize disruptions to timelines and budgets.
- Provide regular status updates to senior management, highlighting progress, challenges, and recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations, data security standards, and industry best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
- Mentor and guide junior project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. A Master’s degree or PMP certification is a plus.
- Minimum 8+ years of project management experience, with at least 5 years in core banking implementations or large-scale fintech projects.
- Proven expertise in end-to-end core banking systems (e.g., Temenos, Finacle, Flexcube, or similar platforms).
- Strong knowledge of banking processes, digital transformation, and regulatory compliance (e.g., BI, OJK, or other regional banking authorities).
- Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project management methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and drive decisions at all levels.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a strong advantage.
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting, with a results-driven mindset.
