Responsibility
- Lead the technical design, development, and deployment of enterprise-level software solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Mentor and guide development teams to ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and architectural principles.
- Oversee the integration of new technologies and tools to enhance system performance and scalability.
- Conduct code reviews, performance testing, and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Drive innovation by researching and implementing emerging technologies and industry trends.
- Ensure compliance with security protocols, data privacy regulations, and company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Masterâs preferred).
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a technical leadership role.
- Proven expertise in full-stack development (e.g., Java, Python, .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js).
- Strong background in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps practices (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management tools (JIRA, Trello).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to architect scalable, high-availability systems.
- Strong communication and leadership skills to manage teams and stakeholder relationships effectively.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices and compliance standards (e.g., ISO, GDPR).
