Responsibility
- Develop and maintain high-quality mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using modern development practices.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and bugs to improve app performance.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in mobile development.
- Work closely with the HRMS team to integrate mobile solutions with existing systems.
- Contribute to the entire application lifecycle, from concept to deployment and beyond.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Mobile App Developer with a strong portfolio of released applications.
- Proficiency in mobile development frameworks such as React Native, Flutter, or native iOS/Android development.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party libraries.
- Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX principles and design patterns.
- Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
