Responsibility
- Define and prioritize product backlog items based on business value, technical feasibility, and customer needs.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and QA teams to deliver high-quality technical solutions.
- Translate business objectives into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical requirements.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product enhancement.
- Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure agile best practices.
- Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and development teams to clarify requirements and resolve blockers.
- Monitor product performance metrics and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a similar technical role.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience with backlog management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) and collaboration platforms (e.g., Confluence, Slack).
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with API integrations, databases, or cloud services is a plus.
