Responsibility
- Provide technical expertise and support during the sales process to ensure client needs are met with optimal solutions.
- Collaborate with sales teams to design and propose End-User Computing solutions tailored to client requirements.
- Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations to showcase product capabilities and benefits.
- Assist in the implementation and deployment of IT solutions, ensuring smooth integration with existing client systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing timely and effective support to clients.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including solution designs, installation guides, and user manuals.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to provide innovative and competitive solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and trust.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a technical consulting or support role, preferably in End-User Computing or similar IT domains.
- Strong understanding of virtualization technologies, cloud computing, and enterprise IT infrastructure.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem-solving mindset with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., VMware, Microsoft, Citrix) are a plus.
- Willingness to travel as needed to support client engagements.
