Responsibility
- Lead and manage daily return operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of all return requests.
- Coordinate with customer service, warehouse, and delivery teams to resolve return-related issues efficiently.
- Develop and implement process improvements to streamline return workflows and reduce operational bottlenecks.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as return processing time, cost per return, and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Conduct root-cause analysis for recurring return issues and propose corrective actions to minimize future occurrences.
- Train and mentor team members on return policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Liaise with vendors and partners to ensure compliance with return logistics agreements.
- Generate regular reports and insights for stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in returns management, logistics operations, or e-commerce fulfillment.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, or data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in high-volume environments.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, WMS (Warehouse Management Systems), or e-commerce platforms is a plus.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with a customer-centric mindset.
