Responsibility

  • Identify and acquire new-to-bank (NTB) merchants for P2M (person-to-merchant) and e-wallet payment solutions across assigned Bali locations
  • Conduct market research to identify potential merchant partners and assess their business needs
  • Educate small business owners on the benefits of digital payment solutions and RCBC Credit's offerings
  • Manage the complete merchant onboarding process, including documentation and system setup
  • Monitor merchant performance and provide ongoing support to ensure satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborate with internal teams to expand product offerings and improve merchant services
  • Meet and exceed monthly acquisition targets and performance metrics
  • Maintain accurate records of merchant accounts and transaction activities
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitive offerings in the digital payments space

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or merchant acquisition (fintech experience preferred)
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Basic understanding of digital payment systems and e-wallets
  • Willingness to travel within Bali to meet with merchants and attend business events
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
