Responsibility
- Identify and acquire new-to-bank (NTB) merchants for P2M (person-to-merchant) and e-wallet payment solutions across assigned Bali locations
- Conduct market research to identify potential merchant partners and assess their business needs
- Educate small business owners on the benefits of digital payment solutions and RCBC Credit's offerings
- Manage the complete merchant onboarding process, including documentation and system setup
- Monitor merchant performance and provide ongoing support to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with internal teams to expand product offerings and improve merchant services
- Meet and exceed monthly acquisition targets and performance metrics
- Maintain accurate records of merchant accounts and transaction activities
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive offerings in the digital payments space
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or merchant acquisition (fintech experience preferred)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Basic understanding of digital payment systems and e-wallets
- Willingness to travel within Bali to meet with merchants and attend business events
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
