Responsibility
- Conduct financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence for potential infrastructure investments in Asia.
- Assist in the execution of transactions, including deal structuring, negotiation, and closing.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of existing infrastructure assets in the portfolio.
- Prepare investment memos, presentations, and reports for senior management and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, risk, and operations, to ensure seamless deal execution.
- Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and emerging opportunities in the infrastructure sector.
- Support the development of investment strategies and asset management plans.
- Engage with external partners, including fund managers, advisors, and industry experts.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, infrastructure finance, or consulting.
- Strong financial modeling and valuation skills, with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a multicultural team.
- Knowledge of infrastructure sectors (e.g., energy, transportation, utilities) is a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional Asian languages are advantageous.
- Willingness to travel as needed for due diligence and stakeholder meetings.
