Responsibility
- Perform on-site installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Murata’s CFA mechanical systems and related equipment.
- Assist senior engineers in diagnosing technical issues and implementing corrective actions to ensure optimal system performance.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document service reports, technical findings, and customer feedback.
- Provide technical support and training to clients on proper system operation and basic troubleshooting.
- Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards while handling mechanical components and tools.
- Participate in overseas training programs to enhance skills in advanced mechanical engineering and field service best practices.
- Stay updated on Murata’s latest product developments and service methodologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
- 0–2 years of experience in field service, mechanical systems, or industrial equipment maintenance (fresh graduates with strong academic records are encouraged to apply).
- Basic knowledge of mechanical assemblies, pneumatics, hydraulics, or precision instrumentation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and internal teams.
- Willingness to travel locally and internationally for training or assignments (as required).
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality service.
