Responsibility
- Conduct thorough testing and inspection of semiconductor products to ensure compliance with industry standards and company specifications.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols to enhance product reliability and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, and R&D, to identify and resolve quality issues.
- Analyze test data and generate comprehensive reports to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize quality assurance processes and reduce defects.
- Assist in the calibration and maintenance of testing equipment to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Support the investigation of customer complaints and non-conformance reports, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in quality assurance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in the semiconductor or electronics manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of quality control methodologies, statistical process control (SPC), and root cause analysis.
- Proficiency in using quality assurance tools and software, such as Minitab, JMP, or similar.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, Six Sigma, or other quality management systems is a plus.
