Responsibility
- Monitor and optimize manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency and quality standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Develop and implement process documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Analyze production data to identify trends and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in shift handover meetings to maintain continuity in operations.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in process engineering or a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in process simulation software and data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work in a 12-hour shift rotation, including nights and weekends.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
- Familiarity with industry standards such as ISO, OSHA, or equivalent.
