Responsibility
- Assist in the fabrication and processing of optical microstructures using advanced techniques.
- Conduct characterization and testing of optical components to ensure quality and performance standards.
- Collaborate with the Process Development team to optimize manufacturing processes.
- Document and analyze experimental data to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and propose innovative solutions to enhance product efficiency.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or a related field.
- Prior experience in optical fabrication, semiconductor processing, or microstructure development is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex technical data.
- Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and characterization tools.
