Responsibility
- Develop accurate 3D BIM models for plumbing systems in HDB projects.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure model accuracy.
- Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues between disciplines.
- Prepare detailed shop drawings and as-built documentation.
- Conduct site visits to verify model accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain compliance with HDB standards and local building codes.
- Optimize BIM workflows to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
- Provide technical support and training to junior team members.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Plumbing, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a BIM Modeller, preferably in plumbing systems.
- Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
- Experience with HDB projects or similar large-scale residential developments.
- Strong understanding of plumbing systems, codes, and standards.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Familiarity with Bali’s construction regulations is a plus.
