Join Australian Outsource Desk as an HVAC Estimator in beautiful Bali! We’re seeking a detail-oriented professional to prepare accurate cost estimates for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) projects. This is a full-time, office-based role with an immediate start date.

Responsibility
- Analyze blueprints, specifications, and project requirements to determine HVAC system needs.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment for HVAC installations.
- Collaborate with engineers and contractors to refine project scopes and budgets.
- Conduct site visits (if required) to assess project feasibility and constraints.
- Use industry-standard software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, or estimating tools) to generate accurate quotes.
- Review and adjust estimates based on design changes or client feedback.
- Maintain organized records of estimates, bids, and project documentation.
- Stay updated on HVAC industry trends, material costs, and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an HVAC Estimator or similar role in construction/engineering.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and installation processes.
- Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Excel for cost calculations.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Excellent analytical and mathematical skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to liaise with clients and stakeholders.
- Time management skills to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant certification (e.g., HVAC certification) is a plus.
