Responsibility
- Oversee and coordinate ACMV installation, testing, and commissioning activities on-site.
- Ensure compliance with local and international HVAC standards, safety regulations, and project specifications.
- Conduct regular inspections and performance evaluations of ACMV systems to guarantee optimal functionality.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to align HVAC works with overall project timelines.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to air conditioning and mechanical ventilation systems.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including progress reports, inspection logs, and as-built drawings.
- Train and mentor junior technicians and site personnel on best practices in ACMV maintenance and operations.
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders to address concerns and ensure satisfaction with delivered HVAC solutions.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in ACMV supervision, installation, or maintenance, preferably in construction or MEP projects.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, refrigeration cycles, and mechanical ventilation principles.
- Familiarity with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards in Indonesia.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in system diagnostics and repairs.
- Proficiency in using HVAC design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
