Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end execution of IPOs, M&A transactions, and corporate finance deals, ensuring alignment with client objectives and market conditions.
- Oversee SGX and MAS compliance, including regulatory filings, disclosures, and adherence to listing rules.
- Conduct comprehensive due diligence on target companies, financial models, and transaction structures to mitigate risks.
- Prepare and review pitch books, offering memoranda, and transaction documentation with precision and attention to detail.
- Supervise and mentor junior bankers and analysts, providing guidance on deal execution, financial analysis, and client management.
- Collaborate with legal, tax, and advisory teams to ensure seamless transaction closure and post-deal integration.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships with corporates, investors, and financial institutions to drive repeat business.
- Monitor market trends, valuation benchmarks, and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; MBA or CFA is a plus.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in investment banking, with a focus on IPOs, M&A, or capital markets.
- Proven track record of leading successful deal executions in a front-office capacity, preferably with SGX-listed transactions.
- Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks (MAS, SGX) and compliance requirements for public offerings and mergers.
- Strong financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence skills, with expertise in DCF, LBO, and comparable company analysis.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Bahasa Indonesia) are advantageous.
