Join Search Personnel as an Associate Director in Front Office Investment Banking, specializing in high-stakes IPO, M&A, and corporate finance deal execution with a focus on SGX and MAS compliance. This is a unique opportunity to lead transformative financial transactions in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while mentoring junior bankers and ensuring seamless deal closure.

Based in Bali, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic financial initiatives, conducting rigorous due diligence, and maintaining meticulous documentation to meet regulatory standards. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping the success of high-profile deals, from initial structuring to final execution, while collaborating with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.

If you are a seasoned investment banking professional with a proven track record in capital markets, IPOs, and M&A, and thrive in a high-responsibility role, this position offers unparalleled growth, competitive compensation, and the chance to make a lasting impact in the financial sector.

Responsibility

  • Lead end-to-end execution of IPOs, M&A transactions, and corporate finance deals, ensuring alignment with client objectives and market conditions.
  • Oversee SGX and MAS compliance, including regulatory filings, disclosures, and adherence to listing rules.
  • Conduct comprehensive due diligence on target companies, financial models, and transaction structures to mitigate risks.
  • Prepare and review pitch books, offering memoranda, and transaction documentation with precision and attention to detail.
  • Supervise and mentor junior bankers and analysts, providing guidance on deal execution, financial analysis, and client management.
  • Collaborate with legal, tax, and advisory teams to ensure seamless transaction closure and post-deal integration.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships with corporates, investors, and financial institutions to drive repeat business.
  • Monitor market trends, valuation benchmarks, and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; MBA or CFA is a plus.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in investment banking, with a focus on IPOs, M&A, or capital markets.
  • Proven track record of leading successful deal executions in a front-office capacity, preferably with SGX-listed transactions.
  • Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks (MAS, SGX) and compliance requirements for public offerings and mergers.
  • Strong financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence skills, with expertise in DCF, LBO, and comparable company analysis.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Bahasa Indonesia) are advantageous.
