Responsibility
- Perform a full range of general dental procedures, including examinations, cleanings, fillings, extractions, and root canals.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s oral health needs.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene best practices and preventive dental care.
- Utilize digital radiography and CAD/CAM technology for accurate diagnostics and treatments.
- Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient experiences.
- Maintain detailed and accurate patient records in compliance with clinical standards.
- Stay updated with the latest dental advancements and techniques through continuous professional development.
- Uphold strict sterilization and infection control protocols to ensure patient safety.
Qualifications
- Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from an accredited institution.
- Valid dental license to practice in Indonesia (or eligibility to obtain one).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in general dentistry (fresh graduates with strong fundamentals are encouraged to apply).
- Proficient in digital dentistry tools and modern dental software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with patients.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in diagnostics and treatment.
- Commitment to ethical practice and patient-centered care.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali and adapt to a multicultural work environment.
