Responsibility
- Participate in and complete a comprehensive, fully sponsored cybersecurity training curriculum.
- Perform continuous monitoring of network security systems to detect anomalies and potential security breaches.
- Assist in the execution of vulnerability assessments and penetration testing exercises under the guidance of senior analysts.
- Support the Incident Response team in documenting, investigating, and mitigating security incidents.
- Maintain detailed documentation of security protocols, configurations, and incident logs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement security best practices across client environments.
- Stay updated with the latest threat intelligence, emerging cyber trends, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong foundational knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP) and operating systems (Windows/Linux).
- Proven ability to solve complex problems and think critically under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- High level of integrity, professional ethics, and a passion for continuous professional development.
