As an Associate Attorney with our firm, you will gain hands-on experience in complex litigation matters, working closely with senior partners to develop strategies, conduct legal research, and represent clients in court proceedings. Responsibility
- Drafting and reviewing pleadings, motions, and various legal documents for civil and criminal cases.
- Representing clients during court hearings, judicial conferences, and administrative proceedings.
- Conducting comprehensive legal research to support litigation strategies and case development.
- Managing case files and maintaining accurate records of deadlines, filings, and hearing schedules.
- Providing sound legal advice and communicating effectively with clients regarding their case status.
- Assisting senior partners in trial preparation, including the organization of evidence and witness interviews.
- Adhering to strict court timelines and ethical standards as prescribed by the IBP and the Supreme Court of the Philippines.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) or Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from an accredited law school.
- Must be a member in good standing of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP).
- At least 1-3 years of experience in litigation preferred; fresh bar passers with excellent academic credentials are welcome to apply.
- Strong analytical, written, and oral advocacy skills in both English and Filipino.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure startup environment.
- Proficiency in legal research tools and MS Office Suite.
- High level of integrity, professional maturity, and ability to handle confidential information.
