The Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) is seeking a visionary and strategic Associate/Assistant Director to join our Transformation Division. In this pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of organizational change, driving initiatives that enhance our operational agility, digital capabilities, and human capital effectiveness. As we navigate a rapidly evolving financial landscape, your work will directly contribute to MAS's mandate of fostering a resilient and innovative financial ecosystem.
This is a 1-year contract position designed for a high-impact professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will work closely with senior leadership to design and implement transformation roadmaps, bridge the gap between human resource strategy and organizational goals, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Responsibility
- Drive large-scale organizational transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with MAS's strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline business processes and enhance operational efficiency.
- Design and lead change management frameworks to ensure smooth adoption of new systems and processes.
- Identify talent gaps and organizational design opportunities to support long-term transformation goals.
- Facilitate workshops and high-level stakeholder discussions to align leadership on transformation priorities.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success and impact of transformation programs.
- Partner with HR and internal stakeholders to integrate people-centric change strategies into all project workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Minimum 8-12 years of experience in organizational transformation, strategic HR, or management consulting.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale change management programs within a public sector or financial institution environment.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable organizational strategies.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior management and navigate complex organizational structures.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or Agile frameworks).
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills to articulate the transformation vision to diverse internal audiences.
