Responsibility
- Assist in the receiving, storage, and dispatching of finished goods and raw materials.
- Conduct accurate physical inventory counts and reconcile records with system data.
- Ensure proper stacking, labeling, and organization of items within the warehouse to optimize space.
- Operate warehouse equipment (such as pallet jacks or forklifts) safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace in compliance with safety standards (OSHA/HSE).
- Prepare goods for shipment, including picking, packing, and palletizing orders.
- Coordinate with logistics supervisors to monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies promptly.
- Support daily warehouse documentation and administrative tracking tasks.
Qualifications
- Educational attainment: Vocational Diploma or High School Graduate (Senior High preferred).
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or inventory control is a strong advantage.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy objects or performing repetitive manual labor.
- Must be willing to work in shifting schedules, including weekends or holidays if required.
- Basic understanding of inventory management and warehouse safety protocols.
- Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and attention to detail.
- Residing in or willing to work in Simlong, Batangas.
- Ability to work well within a team-oriented environment.
