Responsibility
- Assist the Warehouse Manager in overseeing daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
- Coordinate with procurement, production, and distribution teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular audits, and implement cycle-counting procedures to maintain accuracy.
- Supervise and train warehouse staff, fostering a culture of safety, efficiency, and teamwork.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards (e.g., OSHA, ISO).
- Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization to improve workflow and reduce operational costs.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation for inventory, shipments, and warehouse performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve logistical issues, such as delays, discrepancies, or equipment malfunctions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control software.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift up to 20 kg and work in a physically demanding environment.
- Familiarity with chemical handling and safety protocols is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and data analysis tools.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
