Responsibility
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, and order fulfillment
- Manage and supervise warehouse staff to ensure productivity and adherence to safety protocols
- Implement and maintain efficient inventory management systems to minimize discrepancies
- Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate shipment processing
- Monitor warehouse KPIs and prepare regular reports for management review
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reduction initiatives
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in the warehouse
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics management
- Proven experience in supervisory or assistant management roles
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Good command of English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal)
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations in warehouse environments
