Responsibility
- Develop and execute visual merchandising strategies aligned with brand guidelines and regional trends.
- Create and distribute display planning and guidelines for new product introductions (NPI) and seasonal campaigns.
- Ensure consistency in visual standards across all stores in the assigned region through regular audits and feedback.
- Collaborate with store managers and regional teams to optimize product placement and in-store layouts for maximum customer engagement.
- Train and mentor store staff on visual merchandising best practices and brand presentation standards.
- Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to propose innovative display concepts.
- Manage budgets and resources for visual merchandising projects, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
- Support the launch of promotional events and product launches with compelling in-store visuals.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Visual Merchandising, Retail Management, Design, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably in a retail or consumer goods environment.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative display designs and successful merchandising projects.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to train and inspire store teams.
- Proficient in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp) and Microsoft Office.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and brand consistency.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to travel within the region as needed.
