Responsibility
- Conduct in-depth analysis of current manufacturing processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Research, test, and evaluate new materials, tools, and methodologies to enhance production quality and output.
- Collaborate with senior engineers and production teams to implement process optimizations and system upgrades.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process flow diagrams.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of implemented changes and report findings to stakeholders.
- Assist in troubleshooting technical issues and proposing corrective actions to minimize downtime.
- Support the adoption of automation and digital tools to streamline workflows and reduce manual errors.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in system engineering and manufacturing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, System Engineering, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in process improvement, manufacturing, or system engineering (fresh graduates with strong academic projects are encouraged to apply).
- Proficiency in CAD software, data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Python, MATLAB), and process simulation software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate across departments.
- Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, or other continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous but not required.
