Responsibility
- Manage and maintain Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams, ensuring optimal performance and user access.
- Administer Active Directory, including user accounts, group policies, and permissions, to support organizational security and efficiency.
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls, to ensure high availability and reliability.
- Provide end-user technical support, troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues in a timely manner.
- Implement and enforce system security protocols, including patch management, antivirus updates, and access controls.
- Perform regular system maintenance, including backups, updates, and performance tuning to prevent disruptions.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of new IT systems, hardware, and software as needed.
- Document IT processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps for knowledge sharing and compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or a similar role.
- Proven experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Windows Server environments.
- Strong knowledge of networking principles, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN configurations.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices and tools for threat detection and mitigation.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users.
- Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator or CompTIA Network+ are a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote or hybrid environment.
