Responsibility

  • Assist in the procurement of raw materials, packaging, and other supplies while ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality standards.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse teams to prevent stockouts or excess inventory.
  • Negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable terms, pricing, and delivery schedules.
  • Prepare and process purchase orders, invoices, and contracts in compliance with company policies.
  • Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Collaborate with production, logistics, and finance teams to align purchasing activities with business needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of transactions, supplier performance, and inventory movements.
  • Support the implementation of supply chain strategies to enhance operational efficiency and reduce lead times.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain roles, preferably in the manufacturing or FMCG industry.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes, inventory management, and supplier relationship management.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English; additional knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
