Responsibility
- Assist the Supervisor in overseeing daily warehouse and distribution center operations to ensure smooth workflow.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate stock replenishment, and resolve discrepancies to maintain accuracy.
- Supervise and mentor logistics staff, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
- Coordinate with transport teams to optimize delivery schedules and reduce transit times.
- Prepare and analyze operational reports to identify areas for process improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and health/safety protocols.
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to resolve logistics-related issues promptly.
- Support the implementation of new technologies or systems to enhance supply chain visibility and performance.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelorâs degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or assistant role.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems (IMS) and warehouse management software (WMS).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with Indonesian logistics regulations and retail supply chain processes is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and data analysis tools.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are advantageous.
