Responsibility
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing day-to-day retail store operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.
- Supervise, mentor, and motivate frontline staff to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and store operational standards.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, and ensure accurate replenishment.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns with a focus on service excellence and conflict resolution.
- Monitor visual merchandising displays to maintain store appearance and brand standards.
- Prepare accurate daily sales reports and perform administrative tasks as required by the management.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or team lead role within the retail or customer service industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Filipino.
- Strong leadership abilities with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- Proven ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and POS systems.
- Strong commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as per retail operational needs.
