Responsibility
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations and achieving sales targets.
- Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to store staff to ensure high service standards.
- Manage inventory levels, including stock replenishment and conducting regular cycle counts.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, visual merchandising standards, and security protocols.
- Handle customer escalations and resolve issues professionally to maintain brand loyalty.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review.
- Collaborate with other store leaders to optimize store workflow and productivity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
- At least 1-2 years of supervisory or team lead experience in a retail environment (tech retail is a plus).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- High level of integrity, reliability, and a proactive attitude towards problem-solving.
- Available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
