Responsibility
- Assist the Store Supervisor in overseeing daily retail operations, including opening/closing procedures, staff scheduling, and inventory management.
- Ensure exceptional customer service by resolving inquiries, handling complaints, and maintaining a welcoming store environment.
- Monitor sales performance, track KPIs, and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.
- Train, mentor, and supervise retail staff to uphold company standards and improve productivity.
- Conduct regular stock checks, manage merchandise displays, and coordinate with the supply chain team for timely restocking.
- Enforce health, safety, and security protocols to ensure a secure workspace for employees and customers.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales, expenses, and operational metrics for management review.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute in-store promotions, visual merchandising, and customer engagement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail supervisory or assistant managerial role.
- Proven ability to lead teams, delegate tasks, and foster a positive work culture.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers, staff, and management.
- Familiarity with retail software (POS systems, inventory management tools) is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Retail Management, or related fields is advantageous.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and peak business periods.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
