Responsibility
- Support the Store Supervisor in overseeing day-to-day store operations to ensure maximum productivity.
- Drive store sales targets and KPIs through effective team coaching and performance management.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation in alignment with brand guidelines.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, and ensure loss prevention protocols are strictly followed.
- Handle customer escalations professionally, ensuring a positive resolution that upholds the brand's reputation.
- Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for regional management.
- Train and mentor new store associates to ensure proficiency in product knowledge and sales techniques.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience in retail, preferably in consumer electronics or high-end fashion brands.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and local languages.
- Proven ability to manage store inventory, cash handling, and reporting.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required by retail operations.
- A deep passion for technology and a genuine interest in Apple products.
