Responsibility
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the frontline team, including sales associates and cashiers, to achieve sales targets and service standards.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate stock replenishment, and ensure accurate product displays to maximize sales.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Conduct regular staff training and performance evaluations to foster a high-performing team.
- Assist in preparing sales reports, analyzing performance metrics, and implementing action plans for improvement.
- Ensure the store adheres to health, safety, and security protocols at all times.
- Support promotional activities, visual merchandising, and in-store events to drive foot traffic and sales.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in retail management or a similar leadership role within the retail industry.
- Proven ability to lead and develop teams, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Familiarity with retail POS systems, inventory management, and sales reporting.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are advantageous.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by retail operations.
