Responsibility
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Supervise and mentor store staff, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock audits, and coordinate with suppliers to maintain optimal product availability.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and implement strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Ensure the store adheres to health, safety, and sanitation standards, maintaining a clean and organized shopping environment.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally, ensuring high satisfaction and loyalty.
- Assist in staff scheduling, payroll processing, and performance evaluations to maintain a motivated workforce.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotions, sales events, and community engagement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management or supervisory role, preferably in a supermarket or large retail setting.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficiency in retail management software, inventory systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by retail operations.
- Knowledge of local market trends and customer preferences in Bali is a plus.
