Responsibility
- Assist customers with product inquiries, selections, and purchases to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards to attract and engage customers.
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash and card payments.
- Monitor inventory levels, restock products, and assist in inventory management tasks.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing complaints, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies to effectively communicate with customers.
- Assist in setting up promotional displays and participating in in-store events or sales campaigns.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or experience in retail is a plus.
- Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the retail industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to maintain store presentation and inventory.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing cash registers.
