Responsibility
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations, including opening/closing procedures.
- Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing guest concerns and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure adequate stock.
- Train, mentor, and supervise staff to uphold service standards and operational efficiency.
- Implement and enforce health, safety, and hygiene protocols in compliance with local regulations.
- Analyze sales reports and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and high-quality food preparation and presentation.
- Handle cash management, POS systems, and daily financial reconciliations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within the restaurant/hospitality industry.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team in a high-volume dining environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with guests and staff effectively.
- Familiarity with POS systems, inventory management, and basic financial reporting.
- Knowledge of food safety standards (e.g., HACCP) and local health regulations.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
- Problem-solving mindset with a customer-centric approach.
