Responsibility
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflows and adherence to company standards.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of staff to deliver outstanding customer service and meet sales targets.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure product freshness and quality control.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and maintain a positive shopping experience.
- Implement promotional strategies, visual merchandising, and in-store marketing to drive foot traffic and sales.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations in alignment with local and company policies.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and execute store budgets, cost controls, and profit margins.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in grocery, fresh produce, or FMCG sectors.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage, coach, and develop a diverse team.
- Strong understanding of retail operations, including inventory management, POS systems, and sales forecasting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers, staff, and stakeholders.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales and performance targets.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to support store needs.
- Familiarity with local market trends and consumer preferences in Bali is a plus.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are advantageous.
