Responsibility
- Assist the Store Manager in leading daily operations, ensuring smooth store functioning and adherence to brand standards.
- Drive sales targets by delivering exceptional customer service, upselling premium products, and maintaining a visually appealing store layout.
- Train, mentor, and motivate store staff to achieve performance goals and foster a positive team culture.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock audits, and collaborate with the management team to optimize product availability.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a seamless shopping experience for both local and international clientele.
- Analyze sales data, identify trends, and implement strategies to enhance store performance and profitability.

Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of retail experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or assistant manager role.
- Proven track record in sales, customer service, and team leadership in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia or other languages (e.g., Mandarin, Russian) is a plus.
- Passion for fashion, footwear, or lifestyle products, with an understanding of current trends.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet business needs.
