Responsibility

  • Assist the Store Manager in leading daily operations, ensuring smooth store functioning and adherence to brand standards.
  • Drive sales targets by delivering exceptional customer service, upselling premium products, and maintaining a visually appealing store layout.
  • Train, mentor, and motivate store staff to achieve performance goals and foster a positive team culture.
  • Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock audits, and collaborate with the management team to optimize product availability.
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a seamless shopping experience for both local and international clientele.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2-3 years of retail experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or assistant manager role.

  • Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia or other languages (e.g., Mandarin, Russian) is a plus.
